Wonderpass Technology Co., Ltd are looking for an experienced Marketing strategist to lead our Marketing department. You’ll be responsible for setting specific objectives to develop a cohesive and profitable marketing strategy for our company. Our Marketing strategist position involves a variety of tasks, including designing digital marketing campaigns and performing market research. If you’re a creative, goal-oriented professional, we would like you to be part of our team and share innovative ideas to achieve our targets.

Responsibilities

  • Set specific marketing goals
  • Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
  • Analyze sales and marketing metrics
  • Forecast market trends
  • Research market to identify new opportunities
  • Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products
  • Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
  • Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
  • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
  • Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
  • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
  • Work with digital team to execute marketing programs
  • Presents findings to marketing teams to help guide the direction and activities of the department
  • Works with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, advertising copy, graphic designs, and promotional materials
  • Enforces brand marketing guidelines throughout each product to create a cohesive feel to each campaign
  • Provides expert direction and insight to marketing staff members throughout each project or campaign
  • Tracks marketing strategy results closely and creates detailed reports with data analysis and other feedback
  • Reports findings and results to upper management and executives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Marketo, Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), and content management systems
  • Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Khmer
  • Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Ability to travel as necessary
